Desalination

Sea water desalination is a particular application of inverse osmosis. Aguasin has designed a standard line of sea water desalination equipment be means of inverse osmosis. For the integral design of a desalination solution of sea water the incorporation of a pre-treatment must be considered so as to assure the lifespan of the equipment and the operative continuity of the process.

The type of selected pre-treatment will depend on the physic-chemical quality of the feeding water. Consequently, each application and development must be analysed particularly depending on the requirement of the final user.
