The Alcatel-Lucent Rapport™ IP Session Controller (ISC) is a SIP gateway that manages SIP-based sessions for fixed, mobile and converged voice, video and data communications. It does so over both SIP-based devices and traditional access devices. Service providers with IMS networks or Alcatel-Lucent IMS solutions benefit from lower getting-started costs, multivendor interoperability, high reliability and exceptional performance.
