NEROLIE WITHNALL BA, LLB, FAICD

Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director

Nerolie Withnall became a director of ALS Limited in 1994 and was appointed Chairman on 31 July 2012. Currently, Nerolie is a director of Computershare Ltd. She is a former member of the Takeovers Panel, the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee, the Senate of the University of Queensland and the Council of the Australian National Maritime Museum. She is a former partner of Minter Ellison Lawyers.

Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Member of the Audit and Compliance Committee.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Kilmister was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of ALS Limited in September 2005. Greg joined the Company in 1981 and was the General Manager of the Company’s highly successful ALS Laboratory Services Group from 1992 through to 2005.
