The HEM300 uses the series drifter. With the different configurations of the you can install:

• 30mm to 40mm Injection Anchors (IBO bars)
• Blast holes up to 2 1/2” in production
• DX geothermal wells, 2 1/2” to 3” with depths to 100’
• Rock Bolting and Soil Nails-Tiebacks

HEM300 drill package includes the following items:

• HEM excavator mounting bracket
• or feed system, up to 14.5’ drill travel
• hydraulic percussion drill
• EH30920 radio controls
• JB779 nitrogen charging kit TE300 accumulators
• Parts and Service manual

Optional Equipment:

• TE300HT high torque version of
• simple hydraulic foot clamp
• hydraulic centralizer
• TE30851 water misting system (pneumatic powered)
• Hydraulic oil cooler

System Requirements:

• Machine must be plumbed with auxiliary hammer kit
• HEM300 requires 30 GPM @ 2250 PSI hydraulic flow
• HEM300HT requires 37 GPM @ 2250 PSI hydraulic flow
• Boom lift capacity of 2,500 LBS.
• Flushing medium to clear holes (air, water, grout)
• Aproximate weight is 2,000 – 2,500 LBS. depending on feed length
• Best mounted on 13 – 20 ton excavators
• Auxiliary hydraulic cooler recomended for production drilling
