The industrial minerals (kaolin, silica sand, feldspar, quartz and others) used by different industries as raw materials in their production processes require precise homogeneous and high quality products.

ERAL has the adequate technical expertise and experience in industrial minerals dressing as to develop systems and plants compliant with the very strictest requirements in the glass, ceramics, cast-iron and paper industries, among others. It is particularly relevant in these minerals processing, the classification into finely separated fractions by means of specially designed hydrocyclones, the thickening, filtering, drying and subsequent storage, as well as the gravimetric or magnetic treatment for pollutants removal. All these are very important process stages, which are studied in detail by ERAL at the time to design a circuit operation or a process plant suited to project demands.
