Panalpina Appoints Thomas Niederer New Global Head Of Road And Rail

Thomas Niederer brings vast experience in European trucking having worked for Danzas and DHL Express in various positions. He joined ABX Logistics as General Manager European Road and later moved to Kuehne+Nagel as Vice President Groupage Network.

In his new position with Panalpina, Thomas Niederer is responsible for the end-to-end success of the road and rail sub-product, defining value propositions offered to customers, ensuring optimal procurement of core capacity, subcontractor management, and process ownership of the day-to-day delivery of the operational service.
