Motive® Service Performance Manager

The Motive Service Performance Manager (SPM) from Alcatel-Lucent is an on-premises performance monitoring and analytics product that helps optimize daily network operations management and enhance network performance.

The SPM enables you to automate the near real-time collection and analysis of vast quantities of network performance data in order to:

• Identify complex network anomalies
• Facilitate diagnosis and troubleshooting activities
• Enable capacity planning in a more streamlined, concise manner

Key SPM functions include collection of network performance statistics, generation of complex KPI/KQI metrics, enrichment of KPIs/KQIs with physical and logical topology information, and real-time evaluation of KPIs/KQIs against defined target thresholds.

Motive SPM is a key software component of the Motive Dynamic Assurance portfolio.
