These extended warranty options can be purchased pre- or post-shipment. However, if the warranty is purchased post-shipment, the chiller must be covered by a Johnson Controls planned service agreement.
You can also opt for a Connected Extended Warranty, which adds Connected Chiller technology to your chiller for the duration of the extended warranty period. This extends the benefits of connected warranty beyond the initial warranty period, delivering enhanced protection to your equipment.
