Craig manages Ausenco’s corporate services, including finance, corporate strategic planning, treasury, taxation, company secretarial, investment evaluation and investor relations.

He brings to his role a strong financial, advisory and commercial background in the mining and energy industries. Previously employed by companies including BHP Limited, Billiton Plc, NRG Energy Inc. and Energy Developments Limited, he has extensive experience in large-scale mergers and acquisitions.
