Ausenco’s experience in industrial minerals is comprehensive, covering a variety of commodities including potash, limestone, phosphate and gypsum.

Specifically, we have experience designing phosphate beneficiation plants involving the selective removal of lower value components of the ore whilst minimising losses of valuable phosphate mineral at each of the separation stages.

Our designs of the beneficiation plants need to take into careful consideration the size distribution, elemental composition, number and capacity of various products that need to be produced.

Ausenco has completed work on a beneficiation plant, port and pipeline design for an OCP phosphate project in Morocco. This project clearly demonstrates the ability of our organisation to bring together different areas of the core business and deliver a unique system for our client.
