The King Willem I Award

Fugro was awarded the for the Large Companies category in 2008.

This is the most prestigious recognition in the Netherlands, which is awarded once every two years to a company that excels in entrepreneurship, endeavour and innovation.

The chairman of the awarding foundation, Mr. Wellink (former President of the central bank of the Netherlands), highlighted Fugro’s global presence, ability to operate in frontier areas and the successful expansion strategy and focus on innovation and HSE.
