New, Hygiene-enhanced Modular Belt Series For The Food Industry

Hannover, 28th September 2012 – The Prolink modular belt series 10 from Forbo Movement Systems covers a wide range of applications, ranging from light to medium-weight products. Series 10 meets top demands on hygiene and efficiency in meat, fish, vegetable or dough production.It’s a challenging task to combine enhanced hygiene characteristics, outstanding cleaning capabilities, durability and perfect tooth engagement in one single modular belt series. Forbo has however achieved this goal with its impressive series 10. The standard modules with one-inch (25.4 mm) pitch come in 76 and 229 mm widths. A completely smooth surface (Flat Top) and a module shape with 22% open area are available in three materials (PE, POM, PP) and two colours (blue or white).
