Copper Phosphide is a standard product formulated on Copper and Phosphorus, that FOSFOQUIM has produced since 1986, this being its first product.

Copper Phosphide is fabricated in two forms of presentation:

• Granules /shot
• Waffle/bars

Copper Phosphide can be used in the following processes:

• As an anti-corrosive and primary alloy in smelting of copper and bronze.
• In the manufacture of welding alloys of high Phosphorus content.
• In the manufacture of tubes and wires of high abrasion resistance, such as the electric lines for trains, tramways and cranes.
