Gas-to-Liquids

Gas-to-liquids or GTL plants based on Fischer-Tropsch synthesis technology are amongst the most complex process plants developed for monetization of natural gas. We are one of the very small number of contractors with significant capability and experience in the design and development of these plants at commercial-scale. We are independent of the licensed technologies and our particular expertise is in the design, integration and layout of the various process and utility units.We also have significant experience in other types of Fischer-Tropsch plants for monetization of other hydrocarbon sources including coal-to-liquids (CTL) plants and also biomass-to-liquids plants using organic material such as wood chippings for feedstock. All of these plants have an initial gasification step for conversion of feedstock into synthesis gas (syngas) which is then converted into hydrocarbon liquids in the Fischer-Tropsch process.
