In the Pre-Sale, the IDT team is the technical counterparty that advices the client in the specification of the equipment needed for the project.

During the Sale the IDT engineers contribute with all the detailed technical information of the supply that is being delivered to the client. The doors of the company are open for the client to integrate its own team in the design and fabrication of what will then be their equipment.

Finally, en the Post-Sale stage, the IDT team actively participates in the launching and the technical service of the equipment, accompanying the client in virtually all products and plant’s lifespan, if needed.
