TESTS BANKSUnique ser4vice in Chile that combines a vast experience in the supply of valves and in the qualification of valves with imported Tests Banks specially to give a guarantee, security and extraordinary support to all our valves.We are qualify to make tests and qualifications to the gate, butterfly, globe, ball, windy, diaphragm valves; as thread flanged and to be solder connections. Diameters: DN50 (2”) to DN600 (24”) Tests pressures:
- Body : up to PN120
- Bidirectional Seal Essays
- Maximum force: 30 tons
- Course: 25 a 1500 mm
- Dimensions: 2.000 x 800 x 1.700 mm
Types of essays to be carried out:
- Hydraulic Test of the valve’s body to the high pressure of design (open valve), according to ANSI B16.34.
- Hydraulic test according to API 598.
- Hydraulic test according to API 6D.
- Hydraulic tests of the valves closures and “Back-Seat" (closure).
- Sealing control
Fixation: Through hydraulic cylinder with auto regulated effort for each model of valve
