Internal Hiring Policy Philosophy Statement

• At least one year of continuous employment within their current position for non-customer facing positions; at least three years of continuous employment within their current district/geography for customer facing, field-based positions.
• Currently in good standing (not on a Performance Improvement plan).
• For cross border opportunities, must meet requirements to obtain local work authorization.
• Must be prepared to have a discussion with your current supervisor/manager regarding your interest in a new opportunity.
