Schenck Process understands the need to reduce dusts and emissions in plant operations. A dust collection system alone cannot keep a plant clean and dust free. Eliminating labor intensive shoveling and sweeping which can create additional airborne dust must also be considered. Therefore, Schenck Process offers a variety of vacuum systems to safely handle industrial cleaning duties. Depending on your application the following technologies are available:

The vacuum source

• Multi-stage centrifugal exhausters. Perfect for multi-user applications.
• Positive displacement pumps. Ideal for bulk spill clean-up.
• Regenerative exhausters. Designed for smaller single-user situations.

Providing a vacuum source is only part of the solution. The best exhauster available may be rendered useless if not paired with the best separator solution, and nobody offers more than Schenck Process.
