Engagement, a key performance indicator

As the world’s 18th largest private employer, Sodexo puts its employees at the heart of the company. Because 95% of Sodexo’s employees are in daily contact with clients and serve 75 million consumers each day, employee engagement is a source of performance and growth for the Group. During Fiscal 2014, we conducted our fifth global engagement survey involving 130,000 employees in 60 countries (covering more than 98% of our employees).
