Liquified gases

Since its foundation, Ultranav has always been involved in the transport of liquefied gases by sea. Today, the group owns more than 20 gas carriers of various types (pressurized, refrigerated and semi-refrigerated) and sizes (from 3500 to 33500 cubic meters capacity), which are controlled by in Denmark. These vessels operate on a worldwide basis, mainly carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and petrochemical gases, such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene and VCM.

Chemicals

Through in Chile and (affiliated company) in Peru, Ultranav currently operates a fleet of 12 modern chemical carriers, fitted with stainless steel tanks. These vessels trade between- and along the East- and West Coasts of South America, carrying a large variety of products including organic chemicals such as methanol and ethanol, as well as inorganic chemicals such as sulfuric acid and caustic soda, vegetable/animal oils, and other liquid cargoes in bulk.
