Business Ethics Policy
Any Supplier doing business/entering into a contract with Schlumberger agrees and represents that they shall promote and strictly abide by the . Any Supplier doing business/entering into a contract with Schlumberger has the obligation to inform Schlumberger of any act (or omission) of Schlumberger’s employees that is not in compliance with the foregoing.
Failure to comply will be deemed a material breach hereunder, entitling Schlumberger to immediately terminate its agreement with Supplier, notwithstanding any of its other rights hereunder.
