The Motive® Service Event Manager (SEM) from Alcatel-Lucent provides a unique unified approach to service assurance and features an open software framework. In increasingly complex new service and network environments, the Motive SEM delivers a significantly improved customer experience, using advanced automation and analytics to detect and resolve problems more quickly.
To reduce detection time, the Motive SEM monitors key parameters and events for abnormal situations. And correlation with root cause and service impact analysis reduces resolution time. Resolution priorities can also be applied based on severity levels, customer impacts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
