Transfer surfaces between AVEVA Marine and third-party surface design systems
- Uses industry-standard formats for surface import and export: IGES, SAT, DML, STEP AP203
- Provides interactive 3D zoom, rotate and pan viewing for rapid visual checking of imported surfaces
- Identifies and, where possible, heals problem areas to ensure maximum design quality in AVEVA Marine
- Extracts curves for use as reference curves in AVEVA Hull Design
- Allows export or import of selected portions of a surface to retain control of intellectual property
- Extracts and converts surfaces from existing AVEVA Marine projects for use in third-party applications
