Test Rig Gearboxes

We are able to tailor gearboxes to match a test facility, linking the driving and driven components as needed by the test rig designer. Gearboxes are designed to suit the desired powers, speeds and torques, with speeds of over 50,000rpm and torques of over 5 MNm possible.

We understand the nature of test rig design often involves an iterative approach to arrive at the final solution. We are able to work with you in a partnership approach to ensure the gearbox contributes to achieving the optimum overall test rig design. In the initial concept stages we can rapidly create concept models to assist this process, and during the contract fulfilment stage preliminary and detailed design reviews ensure that the final product fulfils your requirements and minor changes can be incorporated.
