Neptuno® is equipped with Prototype cutting edge technology (Rapid Prototyping) for manufacturing pieces and components for final use, directly from 3D CAD models. These prototypes are used mainly for speeding up the conceptual design process and for a higher precision and faster complex models manufacturing.
3D Printing (3DP) – It is characterized for being the fastest in the market. The models geometry, built by the continuous deposit of high hardness powder layers, printing a horizontal section of the piece every time, repeating this process until the piece is finished. 3DP equipment is the only machine which permits delivering color tridimensional models and with a maximum size of 600 x 500 x 400 (mm).
