FerroNATS: Air Traffic Control

Back in 2011, joined forces with (a leading international company in the air traffic sector) to create FerroNATS. This alliance was awarded of 2 of the 3 contracts that Spain’s airport operator AENA opened up in a liberalization process. As a result, FerroNATS will provide air control services in different control towers of several Spanish airports, including Alicante, Valencia, Ibiza, Sevilla, Jerez, Sabadell, Cuatro Vientos, Vigo and La Coruña.

FerroNATS is born with the strength of NATS, a company that has more than 10 years of experience in the British air control sector, which is liberalized. Hence, the FerroNATS will build upon the know how of a company that is used to working in a diverse, competitive market which has a special focus on both timing and security challenges. The alliance with NATS also incorporates years of accumulated “know how” in the airport services field from Ferrovial Services.
