East Timor Urban Water Supply

SMEC will play a key role in an Asian Development Bank funded project in East Timor to upgrade the existing water supply systems in the capital, Dili, and in Bacau City.

Under the terms of the 30-month project, SMEC will support the National Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation in project management; the preparation of bidding documents; socio economic monitoring and evaluation; project accounting; and financial reporting and auditing.
