Services data (“Services Data”) is data that IBM is provided access to in connection with the Software Offerings and the related Services, such as data accessed through a Software-as-a-Service environment or data accessed through test, development and production environments. IBM treats Services Data in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the IBM agreement for the Software Offerings and related Services with the IBM client.
