Polyefty Mining Thermal Film

The Polyefty 140 Film has special thermal characteristics that make it suitable to be used in the mining industry to cover material in sites for caloric energy recovery through the retention of the thermal IR absorbed by the such material. A combination of polyethylene-based components is formulated in our Polyefty 140 Film, ensuring a life between 18 and 24 months under solar radiation conditions of approximately 180 Kly/year and with thermal properties that will permit to maintain its inner temperature higher than the outer temperature, with a Delta T that will depend on the following parameters:- Cover conditions- Atmospheric conditions of the IR receiving material- Humidity inside the cover, among others
