A demineralizer equipment, aims to extract the majority of the existing ions in raw water that is going to be treated, it either drinking water or water from wells or other, and thereby obtain a demineralized water with physicochemical quality according to the requirements of each industry.

The demineralizers equipment are formed by columns, inside which contain a specific Ion Exchange Resin for each stage of treatment, and it is here where they will be retained cations and anions present in the water to be treated.

Resins, for being synthetic substances, require care in both its operation and regeneration. The quality of regenerants is essential for good water quality that be required, and also for that the resin have a useful life in accordance with that specified by the manufacturer.
