Appraising your performance

The Performance & Development Dialog (P&D Dialog) is the program we use worldwide to assess our people’s performance and help them to improve and grow.Along with your manager, you’ll set performance objectives for the coming year. This will be followed by a mid-year review and a year-end assessment. You take the lead in all three phases – from proposing your objectives to beginning your self-assessment at the year’s end.
