QT-Plus ® Wear Steel

QT-PLUS® wear steel is an impact resistant steel with 2-3 times the wear life of commodity AR Wear Steel, while offering amazing ductility for a wide array of applications.

QT-PLUS® is cold formable with the proper equipment and material preparation. The material toughness allows it to be rolled or formed for almost any application. We recommend a minimum radius of 8T across the grain for plate thickness up to 2”. Please follow the outlined procedures to minimize cracking concerns.

QT-PLUS® wear steel plates come in a variety of standard or cut-to-size dimensions. JADCO stocks plate in sizes from 1/4” up to 5” thick.

Regardless of whether your QT-PLUS® wear steel application requires drilling, welding, flame cutting or bending, QT-PLUS® will yield outstanding results when these instructions are followed.
