Tail loading section

Joy tail loading sections are designed to withstand the abusive conditions encountered in conveyor loading. Tail sections of varying heights are available to fit your particular requirements. Units are available with the following pulley arrangements:

• Solid-type pulley
• Lagged solid pulley
• Wing-type pulley
• Spiral-type self-cleaning pulley

All tail sections are available with hinged deck plates to help maintain both skirt rubber and idlers. Designs incorporating rubber disc impact idlers, steel roll idlers, or impact/slider beds are available.

Special-purpose tail loading sections can be designed to your exact specifications.

A-frame tail sections are utilized at the end of a conveyor system to reverse the belt direction. Each A-frame tail section, including pulley and related components, is designed for your specific application.
