Blue Box Shipping

The Blue Box process makes it easy to ship tools to a Kennametal facility for reconditioning.

Follow these simple steps:

• 1. Locate the nearest you.
• 2. Contact the service center and request a reusable Blue Box (if you don’t already have one). You also will be given an order authorization number to include with your shipment.
• 3. Download a reconditioning request form from the Services section of the Kennametal website. Complete the form, carefully pack the tools into the Blue Box, and return the box to the reconditioning center.
• 4. Leave the rest to us. Your tools will be reconditioned to like-new quality and returned to you.
