Semmco Product Line

Semmco Product line manufactures sprayed concrete vehicles for underground construction and mining. It is the only producer of specialized spraying robots and low profile transmixers for the application of wet sprayed concrete.

• Alpha 30

  Semmco Alpha 30 is a diesel hydraulic mobile concrete sprayer designed for tunnel profiles up to 7 m in height and 9 meters in width.

• Alpha 15 TDH

  This equipment is designed to work in big sections of tunnels (up to 12 meter high) and in civil works. It has the advantage that it can be mounted in different types of trucks according to the needs of the client. It is operated by remote control to protect the safety of the operator.

• Alpha 20

  The Alpha 20 is an equipment for sprayed concrete specially designed by Semmco to work in underground mining. There are more than 20 units of this equipment working in the mining industry in Chile as well as in other countries, like Brazil, México and Perú, with excellent results.

• Tornado

  This is a low profile transmixer with 4 m3 concrete remixer drum for mining applications.
