Since its foundation, OXIQUIM S.A. has considered that the safety of its workers and of the productive process, should be the guiding guidelines of its daily activities. For that, even before the coming into force of law 16.744, it had specialists in charge of the area in its plant in Viña del Mar.

The substantial growth of the Company, that includes all of the productive chain has made it each day more relevant the role of the safety and environmental areas, for which it has been assured that all of the lines of command have made their own the guiding principles in these subjects.

With the passing of the years, this management has become each day more professional and systems at a world level are beginning to be undertaken. It is in this way that in the ´90s, our Company was one promoters in Chile of the implementation of the Management System based in Conducta Responsible, manner that has been perfectioned through time and that has as central axes the safety of the personnel and the care for the environment.
