Operational Innovation

From its early days, PETROQUIM has placed particular emphasis on continually systematizing and improving all of its in-house processes, with an Integrated System approach to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management.

Several programs to introduce and encourage innovation in the PETROQUIM culture got underway in 2009, including the creation of the New Business Team, participation in the Innovation Club, and the establishment of the Significant Ongoing Improvement Program (MCS). The goal is to drive innovation and significant improvements in the company by using a methodology that focuses on improving our in-house production processes.
