Our company is licensed by LyondellBasell Polyolefins to use the Spheripol® process to produce different types of polypropylene. This technology is one preferred worldwide due to its great versatility and the quality of the products obtained.

Spheripol® is a polypropylene production technology that incorporates high-performance catalysts to produce polymerization reactions that allow for producing a vast array of products.

Once the polymerization reaction produces the polymer desired, the product is sent for the waste to be separated from the remaining propylene and then on to where the necessary additives are incorporated to give the product specific processability features depending on its end use.

The product is then extruded and, finally, pelletized, which produces the finished product that is ready for distribution.
