Phenolic Resins

High molecular weight Phenolic resin, high melting point and good tolerance to aliphatic solvents. This resin is characterized by having a high melting point due to its excellent tolerance to aliphatic solvents and its excellent resistance to abrasion. Its use is recommended in preparing varnishes and producing printing dyes for Off-Set and Heat-Set.

Modified Phenolic resin. This resin has a high melting point, excellent “overprint” capacity and excellent “oiling” of aromatic solvents. It also provides very good varnish stability. It is especially developed to be used in preparing yellow dyes and varnishes for gravure printing.
