Poch was hired to lead the project to reconstruct the plants where Carozzi manufactures pasta and cereal, in the Metropolitan area of San Bernardo, soon after an intense fire seriously damaged them. In addition, Poch led the project to expand the plant where Costa biscuits are manufactured. In this context, Poch provided consulting services in all the stages from the development of the Master Plan to the start-up of the new industrial site. Poch was in charge of the overall execution of the project, from project management, which encompasses procurement, purchase, supply, and contract administration, to technical inspection, including the development of basic and detailed engineering design in each engineering specialty.
