For the Caserones Mining Project owned by the Company Lumina Copper Chile, Poch designed the Maintenance Workshop for Mining Trucks. The project was executed through an EPC contract by the alliance Sigdo-Koppers Vial y Vives, who appointed Poch to develop the detailed engineering for the following specialties: structural engineering, architecture, electrical and instrumentation engineering, fluid mechanics and piping and water services. The facilities included in the project are the following:

• Trucks Washing Station / Trucks Workshop Building (six lots).
• Storage Rooms, Battery and Compressor Rooms / Welding Facilities.
• Repair Room and Wheel Change Facilities.
• Office Building, Cafeteria and Locker Rooms / Substation and Electrical Room.
