The members of the Prieto y Cía. team have considerable experience in securities offer transactions abroad, both corporate shares and bonds, under Law 144A and Regulation S of the United States Securities Law, as well as the registration of ADRs issued by national companies before the Securities Exchange Commission of the United States.

On the domestic market, representing both the placement banks and the issuers, it has participated in innumerable bond issuing transactions, intervening in more than one third of the corporate bond issuances performed in Chile in the last few years.
