About Manel Estiarte
An Olympic wateropolo gold medalist who worked with Pep Guardiola at FC Barcelona, Manel is an expert on leadership and team work.
Manel is a curator of what he calls the “Guardiola Method", a philosophy for life as well as a sports methodology, that promotes trust, camaraderie and ownership of actions as pillars of a leadership approach focused on teambuilding. Selected seven times as the best water polo in the world, Estiarte was identified as a prodigy at a young age. Some of his accolades include competing in six Olympic Games and scoring more than any other player in Olympic history (127).
