About Rebecca Henderson

Co-director of the Business and Environment Initiative at Harvard, Rebecca investigates organizations response to large-scale technology shifts.

A research fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research, she currently teaches Leadership and Corporate Accountability in Harvard’s MBA Program, and from 1998-2009 taught courses in strategy, technology and sustainability at the Sloan School of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her latest publication is Accelerating Energy Innovation: Insights from Multiple Sectors, written with Richard Newell.
