Scope:
Basic and detailed engineering for the construction of a co-generation plant to produce electricity, process steam and heat for a Tissue plant. The facility features a Solar Titan 250 gas turbine and a Cleaver Brooks heat recovery generator (HRSG) with balance of plant (BOP) that includes gas compressors, step up transformer (GSU), etc.
