Urucu-Manaus Gas Pipeline

Skanska was awarded the assembling of approximately 186 km – 20” diameter of the Urucú-Manaus gas pipeline, Section B2 (Anamá-Manaus), and 54 km – 3” diameter of gas pipeline, corresponding to 4 ramifications.

Petrobras was the costumer, being the final consignee, Transportadora Urucú-Manaus Company.

The scope of works includes detailed engineering, partial supply of materials, building and assembly, tests and commissioning, pre operation and assistance to the operation.

The partner in the project is Camargo Correa, a Brazilian company.

Both companies have formed the Consorcio Gasoducto Amazonia.

The Project deadline is 21 months.
