Characteristics of the INICIA Internship Programme
Our Internship programme, called INICIA, is the main entrance for young people to join the company.
The programme is directed at young students and new graduates who have not yet gained professional experience.
All the in-company internships are remunerated according to the number of hours.
The duration of the internships are between three months and one year depending on the degree of training and type of internship.
- During 2013 the company managed almost 300 professional internship programs.
- In the last year, TR has employed almost 75% of the internship holders.
- We have more than 60 agreements with universities, training centres and foundations.
- We participate in international internship programmes which allow for holders to carry out internships at our work centres in Spain and at our branches around the world.
- The qualifications most sought after for professional internships are those of Industrial Engineering (mechanical and electricity) and Chemical Engineering.
