| Description | The copper ore grinding plant comprises a ball mill (5.8 m diameter x 8.4 m EGL) with a 6,200 kW COMBIFLEX drive, and an SAG mill (5.8 m diameter x 8.4 m length) with a 4,400 kW COMBIFLEX drive. ThyssenKrupp Resource Technologies designed the grinding plant for a rated throughput of 331 tph of copper ore. |

| Description | Two POLYCOM high-pressure grinding rolls, each equipped with 2 x 1,800 kW drives, are used for primary grinding of the copper ore. The final fine grinding takes place in two ball mills equipped with 17 MW ring motor drives. The two copper ore grinding systems each have a rated throughput of 761 tonnes of copper ore per hour. |
