GEA understands that when filling sensitive dairy powders, including infant formula, every care should be taken to ensure that the finished product reaches the consumer in perfect condition. Our bulk powder and retail filling lines are designed to ensure both minimal exposure of the product to the atmosphere and that no human contact is made with the finished product during manufacture.
GEA’s approach is simple – we couple our high quality filling technology with upstream and downstream components to provide a fully integrated solution for our customers.
Our retail filling solutions combine human-free can de-palletizing, cleaning and scoop insertion systems, with a fully sealed filling system to ensure that the product is delivered to the container in optimal condition. Check-weighing and integrated QA systems provide our customers with peace of mind and complete traceability of their products.
