Testing, Unique And Precise

Our in-house testing center is, quite simply, state-of-the-art. Powered by our 5.1 MW diesel generators, FLANDERS has the capability to run large, high-voltage, 50-60HZ electric motors.

We offer AC voltage testing to 13.8 kV; variable frequency testing to 1000 Amps at 480 VAC; RTD temperature monitors and recorders; an isolated base to ensure accurate vibration readings; and full load testing and heat runs of AC and DC motors.

We record the mechanical and electrical test results and provide available data to customers in customized test reports, if desired.

We also offer a motor trending program that measures conditional changes of the OEM impedance value, allowing us to predict the overall health and reliability of the evaluated motor.
